NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) Week is from 4-10 May.  Play "Sign Ninja" between now and then and see if you can learn some signs.  Test them out on one of the experts in our class.

I have put "Sign Ninja" down the side of our blog under NZSL.

I found these photos from our trip to the Antarctic Centre.  That was a great learning experience, and lots of fun!

Auction Fun

In Room 6 we have been doing auctions on Fridays.  We are using r6 money to buy things. We earn money by doing our work well, remembering to bring our homework, being ready for learning, putting our lunch boxes on the shelf and tidying our desks.  

We bid for times with the bubbles, a few lollies, chalk and I-pad time and frisbee time.  Some children used their time today.  See the photos below.
